Yup, when it rains it pours. When it's your turn, nothing and nobody can stop you. I just hope that they stop taxing lottery winnings but I know I'm beating a dead horse.

It was a lucky day for one North Carolina veteran, who won a $100,000 Keno lottery prize while already waiting to claim a separate $50,000 prize.
