According to the Pinellas County Sheriff s Office website, the 50-year-old lottery winner was booked into the Pinellas County Jail, charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer, battery, and violating his parole.

Well, at least he will be able to afford a lawyer.

One can't buy wisdom, it's not sold at the store.

Doesn't look like it's going to be one of the lottery winners who live happily ever after

Rule number one after winning the lottery lay low. Even if you want to drink do it at home. If you are on probation and have drinking problem and self control problems stay home. With $167,000,000 you can build a Zoo for yourself only and not for animals lol

Yeah, I think MM is gonna have a hard time generating interest with 5 dollar tickets and increases of only 10 million when they start at 50 million. Like I said PB is cheaper to buy ...... the odds off winning the jackpot are slightly higher than MM and they have the momentum on there side with three draws a week.

Now id prefer PB went back to two draws a week but .......oh well.

FWIW for what it's worth PB Powerball will be the 1st to reach 300 mil 300,000,000 leaving MM megamillions in it's dust IME in my estimation.

Sure MM megamillions has a 30 mil 30,000,000 headstart but MMW mark my words PB powerball will overtake MM megamillions in this current run.

I just observed an interesting fact on the ticket.

The ticket was purchased on the draw day 4/26 at 21:58:30.

That was one minute and thirty seconds before the cut off time for PB sales in Kentucky.

It does not mean anything, just saying if she was 90 seconds late she wouldn't have secured the ticket
