Someone in Dundalk just started their weekend with extra excitement after purchasing a winning $685,656 FAST PLAY Super 777 ticket this morning. Th e winning ticket was purchased at Quick Mart at 7900 Wise Avenue in Dundalk on May 9. This is literally right down the street from where the scratcher was sold. In literally a straight line. These stores are 1.1 miles away from each other..........

The article says I buy scratch-offs often and do pretty well, the three-time winner told the Lottery.

It is very likely that reality goes as follows: I buy a ton of scratch-offs every day because I have a serious gambling problem. Because I buy so many of them, I walk into the store every day with a bunch of winners that I use to buy more scratch-offs. I have to use cash to start the process again once the stream of small wins runs out.

What fraud would that be exactly. The woman purchased 3 different tickets 5 year, 2 years, and in 2025. Do you think she knows someone at the lottery scratch off production plant in Georgia? Then every two to three years she ask the person to send a specific winning ticket to the store of her choice so she can pick it up and win. If that were the case, why did she not buy the $50 scratch off to win $5 million dollar instead of the $10 to win $50K? You conspiracy theory people really come out of

Exactly! I can't even win 1 time. That bar is in my old neighborhood. They used to sell a banging cheesteak. But the buisness was sold . And the food changed. Good for her though. I'd be happy with 1 win. 3 wins. I'd be ecstatic.
