In addition to paying for attorney expenses, State delay should pay interest earned by the State during the delay period.

Mistake to make the attorneys the trustees. She should have made herself the trustee and grantor.

Perhaps part of the settlement was also to pay the legal fees. Would make sense in all this since now the law firm carries the account as the trust holder. They may temporarily regulate it .. which could be another lawsuit on her hands to get the funds settled for her use. There was a lawyer in Louisiana that made a killing on putting ppls insurance settlements into trust and he wiped it out .

Here's hoping she can enjoy the big payout

Finally....after all this time, these knuckle heads has finally come to their senses has no choice but to pay this lady what is/was rightfully hers in the first place.

I wonder how they slept @ nights knowing full well that all along their actions to unlawfully with held the rightful owner her legally won prize was so immoral downright deplorable.
