I just googled this vendor. There a publicly traded company. Odd! . But yea... Anyways. What happens if the ticket was a winner? Buisness as usall. Go cash it in

Technical issue resolved, sales resumed as of Wednesday

The South Carolina Lottery is offering a refund for the purchase price of tickets that were affected by a technical issue that caused a misprinting error on some Cash Pop tickets.

The South Carolina Lottery is asking players who received a misprinted Cash Pop ticket to send in their affected tickets to receive a refund.
