YUP!! You can lose over over but win a couple times big and they say you are cheating ect. Only way I know to get around that is play games that are below the tax threshold so they never know you are winning.

The anonymous player's second visit with the Lottery in three months had officials considering the plausibility of her methods.

IE, they thought she was cheating.
