Buy 26 tix, each one with a different powerball number, 1 through 26. You know you will win at least $4, maybe more. Cost would be $52. With Powerplay cost is $78.

I wonder was he playing 3283 a dollar straight both midday and evening because in Missouri playing 3283 a dollar combo will cost you $6...$12 if you play it for both midday and evening. Playing that 20 times in one day is $240. Either way congratulations to him.

At $20 a day, even if it was just for ONE draw (mid or eve), that is a $7,300 a year expense... playing both for $20 is a whopping $14,600 a year... habit sounds about right...

There exists the possibility, that if this loyal player was doing this for a number of years, the prize (post tax) might just be enough to recoup the losses...
