Lantern:Yes, there is a Windows application called Clipboard Viewer, which allows you to see the contents of the Clipboard. It doesn't really have much other use.For those who aren't aware, the Clipboard is the name of the area in memory (in your computer) where text is placed when you select copy . When you select paste the text on the clipboard is copied to wherever the cursor is.

Lucky and everybody else.Go to windows explorer then to windows, take a look at all the files, find a file named CLIPBRD.EXE , the is windows' Clipboard, rth click on it and send a short-cut to your desktop, then click on the short-cut and that's it, I think. It should be right there.Is that right Todd

queenb40 - That is entirely up to you - I've received Pm's asking what the tiers mean; they mean that is how many times the number shows in the different workouts, rundowns and numbers that have a habit on falling on the paticular day...

Lucky,Did you use that one button that copies the whole output to the clipboard? I really liked creating that - I just figured out how to do it.
