			<description><![CDATA[<p>10,000 pick 4 numbers to choose from and everybody isn&#x27;t going to play them all every day so it stands to reason that some people are going to win and more aren&#x27;t. That why they have the game it&#x27;s a game of chance. And chances are on any given day your not going to win. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t see where it would be all that difficult to pick a winner using any one of the systems posted on lottoery post. or even by good observation how it is that difficult to pick a winner in indiana. I have outlined some choice numbers that fell a few days befor the pick 4 matched those numbers. Ther are even more numbers i could have picked from to get at a winning combination. He is possibly not trying to find winning combinations to play or is playing numbers off the top of his head. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>if anybody is interested go to indiana pick 4 payout on straight and combos and then look at other states....indiana is averaging a payout of a measly 5 grand a day on payouts.....some of you may already know of jeff&#x27;s hardships with this... he has invested in the tens of thousands of dollars in the last few months and has yet to hit but has come up one number short more than what would be normal..in other words countless times......</p>]]></description>
