but it's almost as if the loteries are anticipating crappy sales. think about it. PA Match 6: Jackpot only starts at $500,000. PA Lucky For Life Lotto: Top prize is $3,000 a month for life. MA Ca$h Winfall: Jackpot starts at $500,000, and is capped at $2 million. Any questions

Todd:I agree with you, but it's Unlucky for Life that should be replaced. A new PA game should be a longer-odds Hot Lotto.

I would recommend that the PA Lottery scrap the game completely, and replace it with a standard 6/49 or 6/52 game. Pennsylvania residents are deprived of a standard big-jackpot lotto game.

But it's not without flaws. The most glaring is the $2 price. Also, the $500,000 minimum jackpot is probably turning away players. The casual player doesn't notice the fact that it's cash, or that the odds of winning are only 1 in 4,000,000. What I would suggest is up the matrix to 6/59, lower the price to $1, and make the minimum jackpot $1,000,000 cash. The odds would be upped enough that changing the other amounts wouldn't be neccesary.
