Jus,I'd like to know some straight MD #'s. I hit boxed that one time and haven't hit again since. I've seen some of the nums with the workout I've used, but am finding it hard to get a handle on the patterns, etc. I printed some info off the Post from Lantern, but haven't had a chance to read it.
