Hello everyone, I'm kind of new and want to thank littleoldlady for introducing me to the site.I'm going to say my favorite is a lot of different states for different games. I like Ky for pick 3 and Cashball because of the payouts. I like Illinois pick 4 because it has more options to play. and I like TN Lotto5 and Illinois Little Lotto because they roll over. I like FL lotto because they always have big jackpots, speaking of that their jackpot now is at 60 mil.

it depends on the game. new york and massachusetts offer the best instant games because they have the best themes and the biggest payouts. in terms of a lotto game, FL takes the cake. although it gets hit very often, when it rolls, it rolls. the best in-state pick 5 game goes to PA's cash 5. with rollovers of at least $100,000 per night, it's worth the odds and the money. the best pick 3 and pik 4 games go to MO because of their payouts. the best win for life game is OR because they have the mos... Oregon provides nice payouts and variety. But my favorite is the Florida Lottery simply of all the memories it provided me. I remember watching the drawing for the (at the time) largest jackpot in American history when I was just a baby. There were lotto fanatics in 1989, too.
