			<description><![CDATA[<p>i could see it happening to more lotto games as inflation dictates, but not with numbers games because you can spend $2 on a number. with the numbers games, you can choose your bet amount, and that will stay in tact. the lotteries use the bet amount option for the pick 3 and pick 4 games to get you to play with your spare change. once you&#x27;re in the store, you will see the signs for the instant games and the lotto games, and you&#x27;re doomed to spend more on a chance to win more.</p>]]></description>
