That information shown to us by Ichoro is just a small part of the equation. The possible altering of results does not need to rely solely on the balls/equipment only, as enterceptorr suggested. Do the states provide separate audited results for each of the games? I was looking at Virginia's lottery site which claims that 57 percent of the revenues are paid out in prizes. The dates with no jackpot winner pay out about 16 percent of the revenues. You'd be surprised what some people do with their tickets. Some get washed guess what no numbers to prove that you bought a ticket. How ya gonna claim you had those numbers. And use your imagination about different ways a ticket might be lost. One guy had his ticket in the car for almost 6 months and while cleaning it out decided to check his tickets and found a winner. RNG's are just that they pick numbers at random just like ball drawings. The fact the they might draw the same number as before is almost the same as ball machines drawing the same numbers. Here's a simple test. Get 10 soda bottle caps the plastic ones. Write the numbers 1 thru 0 one each one of them with a magic marker preferably a permanent one. as far as the RNG drawings they are NOT as random as the ball sets to me i've sat and studied the rng numbers and seen 396 come in three out of four days in a row in one state then after that 000 hit like twice right after that then 396 again and rng just isn't as playable and winnable in my opinion because its hard to detect a pattern........

In order for them to make a ball drawing rigged like you stated would require that the whole crew be involved in some form or fashion.
