Where the machines that accept the play slips are concerned i like gtech. I might of only had a problem onec in a while with a play slip that might have been damp. With si games machines i have had play slips that the reader wouldn't read no matter what you used pencil, ink or black majic marker. They are a real pain espically when your trying to put 20 keno play slips in and ya only got 3 minutes and half of them are rejected because the reader wouldn't pick up the numbers.

Who supply's the scratch off's and machines for Texas Gtech or Scientific games. Today I had my hands on two brand new packs of scratch off's from scientific games and they were rapped in cellophane with no stickers on them of any kind. Just plane wrapped cellophane. So their was no indication of these stickers you suggest that are on the new packs of scratch off's unless Gtech does it differently. At least the small towns win in Texas. Here in NY a lot of people from Upstate think the lottery is fixed because most of the winners are in NY City. There's actually millions more of us in Upstate yet you'd never know it by the results.Maybe they just play it far more down there but I do remember several years ago there was some big complaints over it and suprise, suprise there were suddenly more jackpots hit outside the City. Enerceptorr,I find that pretty interesting. Most winners in IL Lotto and Little Lotto are from the Chicago Metro area which accounts for close to 25% of the state's population. The number of winners is consistent with the population.What you are describing is not normal in any sense of the word.
