I joined as a Lifetime Development member and have tried repeatedly to get passwords to several programs after using the trial versions. I still haven't been able to get any passwords to a couple of the programs. However, when I first joined Mike was very good about sending passwords. I really don't know what has happened to his customer support.

That's to bad Kay....this isn't the first post we have had like this as of late. Sounds like Mikek might have gone way up river in the Las Vegas jungle this time. Maybe he had some sort of APOCALYPSE up there on a roulette table. Looks like.... this time... we might have to send enterceptor up there on a slow swift boat to take care of it. LOL................... .............................

I purchased the above system on 11/25/2004 and up till now i have not received my password or hear anything back from them except the confirmation of my order.I have e-mail their customer service at cs@snohome.com several times with no reply or anything from them.If anybody bought something recently or know how to get intouch with them please let me know.
