I would vote for Hot Lotto for multi-state games, and Ca$h WinFall (Massachusetts) for in-state games.

I voted Other . I think the most underrated game is New Mexico's 4 This Way. It features a great twist on the common Pick 4 game, which makes the overall odds of winning better than 1 in 10, while preserving a fixed $4,000 cash prize for hitting a straight 4. What a game
