			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t like chasing numbers, but it is hard not to!!  Like in California right now the digit 5 has skipped 21 times.  So, you would think that it would hit real soon, but back in October the number 4 skipped 31 times before it hit!!  I&#x27;m certainly including the number 5 in my picks, but to focus only on one digit can be very expensive.  I know that Justin feels like you can make money by chasing numbers and keep doubling your bets, but I just don&#x27;t have that kind of money.
