Cash-Only,I think the survey about a Michigan-Ohio game was just trail balloon that went no where. The lottery commission should have learned sometime ago that many of the people participating in those surveys don't play the lotteries. For example a few years ago, they set a limit on the amount one winning ticket would pay regardless of the jackpot size because a survey told them that more lottery players would prefer to collect less and leave a little extra for the next winners.
