Well, Fido...I don't keep track of the digits by position, so I can't comment on that. Yes, it seems that doubles follow doubles (same in California), but looking at history I'm not sure I would put too much money on the doubles this time. I have been looking at how to choose when to play doubles for all the states I track and have not made a decision, yet. Here is the chart for Georgia showing the number of skips between doubles.
