jeff...i'd start trying anything now to get attention drawn to this......if we could picket the main lottery offices and get media attention....all it takes is one strong move to bust the doors down on this.....all you need is one breakthrough....gotta figure out a good plan and follow through and win the fight

Yes they are. This is not unusual. But this is a 24 way box. 2 winners? Just seems ridiculous.
