Computers are programmed.  Computers can scan all ticket entries and cross check pre-selected winning numbers against those chosen by lotto players to make sure there are no winners.  We MUST end ALL computerized drawings. Another thing I forgot to mention is if people start going to each individual state about computerized drawings each state might decide that this would benefit them more to switch from ball drawings to computers. However I don&#x27;t see anything wrong with people trying to get the higher up to switch from computer drawing back to ball drawings. But their approach to this probably would be if it ain&#x27;t broke don&#x27;t fix it.</p>]]></description>

This is one can of worm that once opened up could cause a mandate to make all lotteries computerized. It should be up to the people not the state that decides these things. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think more and more states will go computerized because it is cheaper, and we all know it&#x27;s all about the money.  The only thing that would stop the trend is for a major scandle to break where it comes out that some drawing is rigged or some smart computer whiz hacked into a computer.
