I've been playing the Delaware Lottery and I am convinced the computer is RIGGED to make sure it selects numbers that NOBODY has selected for that particular drawing. Computers are programmed. Computers can scan all ticket entries and cross check pre-selected winning numbers against those chosen by lotto players to make sure there are no winners. We MUST end ALL computerized drawings. Not if the public is let in on it. but the lotteries dont care about us anymore. at least wisconsin doesnt, i worked at a gas station during the time that they switched over the drawings. and there WAS NOTHING that told anyone they switched. we didnt even know. in fact i played $5 a day for three months not knowing it was computerized until Nov 1st when The press release was put on LP then i emailed WI LOTTERY and they told me they switched over August 2nd.BUT id like to know about this 9 scanda... For any lottery player who hasn't sampled computer drawings, go play Free Lotto awhile. Best I've ever gotten has been 3 numbers, but they did send me a check for $1. The New Mexico Lottery's website has a FAQ section that tells a lot about their use of RNG's. At least they own up to it in a forthright fashion. Many state lotteries seem to be trying to avoid talking about their use of RNG's. I found New Mexico's FAQ pages to be both interesting and informative. Good point. Another thing I forgot to mention is if people start going to each individual state about computerized drawings each state might decide that this would benefit them more to switch from ball drawings to computers. However I don't see anything wrong with people trying to get the higher up to switch from computer drawing back to ball drawings. But their approach to this probably would be if it ain't broke don't fix it.

To get it on a ballot you have to have a lobbyist lobby for the ballot it would mean a petition in every state that has a lottery. This is one can of worm that once opened up could cause a mandate to make all lotteries computerized. No, I don't think every state will. I think that if it were put to a vote that most people would vote no. It should be up to the people not the state that decides these things. The peoples voice cannot be heard if the states keep changing rules and laws without the peoples knowledge or consent. from what I gather reading about these computerized drawing is the state change from balls to computers without even doing a poll to see whether the people wanted the game to change from balls to computer... I think more and more states will go computerized because it is cheaper, and we all know it's all about the money. The only thing that would stop the trend is for a major scandle to break where it comes out that some drawing is rigged or some smart computer whiz hacked into a computer.
