			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe you should try mixing the most overdue neighbor numbers you have on the chart above: 0, 1, 5, 6, 8, 9.  092 came at Midday yesterday, 916 at Evening last night and 098 at Midday today.  That was real consistent.</p>]]></description>
