			<description><![CDATA[<p>After looking at the results for the Tri-State (ME,NH,VT) pick-3 lottery in the last year, I noticed an interesting anomaly with a double occuring RIGHT after a previous double.  (See chart below)If a pick-3 lottery player was to hedge his or her bet by playing all combination of doubles (100) after a double had occurred two drawings after a previous double drawing, there is a 60% chance that a double will occur again on the next drawing.
