i wouldn't like a game with a jackpot cap. i'd rather see a game with huge jackpot possibilities. i'm talking annuitized jackpots (with a cash option).

it would be nice for PA to join Hot Lotto, but I don't mind the 1.5 hour drive to WV to play. I can buy my cigarettes cheap there too, so it's not so bad.

Well. now that I've seen that the odds of matching no numbers in DE's new Multi-Win Lotto are 40 to 1, I think PA should award a prize for that as well.
