Then our 1st $20.00 ticket which we have had out only a couple weeks now has a top prize of 2 million dollars. Which the $20.00 ticket has pretty good odds on it which is 1 in 2.75 odds on even break prizes. Illinois offers Instant games in $1, $2, $3, $5, $10 and $20 dollars. I usally play 3 and 5 dollars tickets.
