Sandy, i had the flu (all the upper respiratory symptoms) lasted about one week. Then about 7 days later i developed a bacterial sinus infection. The doctor told me it is not usual 7-10 days after the flu to develop a bacterial infection. I, am still taking antibiotic, but i feel much better.

It's going around, Val.........doctor told me today everyone has it and can't shake it. I hope you have better luck than all of my family getting rid of it........the babies really have it bad now. It is the upper respiratory flu.....but I have had it for so long now that he think a secondary bacterial infection has settled in and that is why he hopes the antibiotic works......I feel like I have been run over by a MAC truck for the last couple weeks...gets better......then gets bad again.EP ho...
