It is a judgement call wether they will continue to run awhile longer.

I run the 220 combos thru the inspector 3 so they will be broken down the same as your current draws inspected. I was thinking maybe I should play it since it has not hit in 5 years. Good move or a Bad move

Yes. 628 came Monday night. 587 came Tuesday night. The 8 from the 628 repeated in the 587. Sixty-four to 68 percent of the time, at least one digit from the previous evening draw will repeat in the very next evening draw. Look at the list of evening numbers on the TLC web site and see for yourself. You're in NYC, but the stat should hold true anywhere.
