Yes I have noticed it. We haven't had a winfall in months because people keep winning it. But I don't see how they keep winning it. haha. I mean i doubt the lotter is even selling about $300,000 worth of the tickets each drawing and less even on Mondays. I mean the odds are over 1 in 13 million. I just want another winfall and soon. hahaBrad

it can be either a good or bad thing. granted the jackpot can reach $5 million faster, but it can also be hit faster, which can be a bad thing.
