			<description><![CDATA[<p>Stands to reason that places that sell more tickets are going to have more winners than places that sell small quanities. But the operative word is having bought the winning numbers the lottery dosent care where the ticket was purchased it&#x27;s all about having bought the winning numbers.</p>]]></description>
