			<description><![CDATA[<p>Why not do a  state lottery  search at yahoo and visit each of those sites for their stated information.  Each state should have reams of information for you to reap. I know for a fact that the State of Illinois does.  I would start by reading the Question   Answer section  first and then research the rest of the information available. Suggestion:  Print out useful information as you browse.</p>]]></description>
