			<description><![CDATA[<p>I could be wrong...but...if I understand wheels correctly, math is not a subject you need to know. Instead, the idea is to reduce say the Megamillions 52 numbers down to a group of say 16 numbers and then play those 16 numbers in various combinations that allow you to play ALL 16 numbers (in groups of 5) thereby assuming you will have at least 1 or more winning tickets.
