8 It generated that when I put a 0 as the samllest value and a 9 as3 the largest one.5 There appears to be 1 of each digit there so it can't be random,4 if it was, at least 2 of the digits would repeat and at least 29 would be missing then.0 But the sequence of the 10 digits does appear to be random, so7 maybe that is what they mean, not the numbers, but the sequence.162
