			<description><![CDATA[<p>yeah. i think the other reason why mega millions will reach $400 million first is the fact that there are so many powerball states, and so many border stores. granted mega millions has more people in the states, it has fewer people living outside their states. because powerball has so many states, and so much notatiety in the media, they have a lot more people crossing the borders to purchase tickets, saturating the game.</p>]]></description>
