There's to many unanswered questions about this game.1.do they remove the green balls as they come up, so you have a better chance to win.2.do you have to win the pick3-pick4 number to win the 30.00...3.and since we in Ohio don't have a tv drawing during midday, whom do we trust.It just sounds like a stupid get more money for the lottery type game to me...

OH starts a new promotion on Monday called Red or Black. There are 38 green balls, 1 red ball, and 1 black ball. In addition to a pick 3 or pick 4 play, you can choose red or black for an extra dollar. During each drawing, they pick a ball from the 40 mentioned above. If a green ball is drawn, nobody wins.
