			<description><![CDATA[<p>I sort of hope there will be more discussion on this issue.  I don&#x27;t even know whether the article is true, or something someone concocted and posted on the web.But I  do see the numbers behaving in non-random ways, ways I don&#x27;t know where to begin to understand.  I think something is influencing them to behave in those ways, as has been discussed on another thread that&#x27;s running right now.Maybe it&#x27;s the stars, but I have a difficult time believing it.
