I always play slots also, but tired roulette the last time I was at a casino. I had no idea how to play. My brother plays all the time and insisted I try. He gave me $60 and I turned it into more than $400. I was on a roll until the dealer (i guess thats what you call them) changed. I play 3 more games and loss those three. I left the table with $400. I only placed my bet on straight up numbers because I didn't know about the Red or black option or the side line bets. I will try it again... [ More ]

Thanks , you pretty muched summed it up for me. When/if I ever get back to Tunica A will buy the book you mentioned and give it a try. I just want to be able to play something besides the slots. Kim

I'm certainly not an expert on the game, but I think I can answer your questions.Yes, you can bet either red or black on the outside. Ok, I've only been to Tunica once and only played the slots.About the roulette wheel...from what I've read you can bet either red or black and no matter what number it lands on if you bet red and it lands on a red number you win? Correct? Say you had bet $10 on that red number, you would then have doubled your money when the ball landed on a red number? Or you can choose an actual color and number, for example red 7 or black 7? And then the ball would have to land on that actual number in order... [ More ]
