My question is why? I've been watching their lotto game and it doesn't seem to rollover much before someone wins. I know sometimes it can get high but from what I've seen it doesn't go far. What do ya'll think? Do you think in the future they will join a multi state game or do you think they will change the odds on their lotto game? Or both
