They apparently want to compliment Powerball with an even bigger game. This could potentially be the international game CA wanted, but never got. Well, they're screwed now. My guess, an eventual merger with this Blue Game with Euro Millions.

I'm guessing Hot Lotto will be replaced with another MUSL annuitized jackpot game.West Virginia and DC should pull out of Hot Lotto and join Lotto South.HL $6,060,000 for Saturday, April 16.
