I play Massachusetts lottery games by subscription, even though I no longer live in the US. I can even call the I-800 number from overseas, but it's not toll free. I enjoy playing and the money goes to the cities in my home state. Everyone wins.

I think so, although I think you have to order by phone. Out-of-staters can get any lotto game from MA, except Mega Millions.

From an e-mail:Cash WinFall Subscriptions will be available starting April 21st. For a brief period from 4/21 thru 5/28th the season tickets will be discounted. (26 drawings for $45.00 52 drawings for $90.00 and $180.00 for 104 drawings).That will cut the price to $1.73 per ticket.
