The only thing to do is clean up the management, and bring back the balls (Hoosier Lottery: We got balls). The games themselves, particularly Hoosier Lotto, are pretty good.

what changes would you make if you ran the hoosier lottery in indiana? me? i'd start by firing every single lottery employee and hire all new people and one more thing.......NO MORE COMPUTERS
