This isn't easy. Megabucks lacks the all important (and ever-popular in other games) cash option. On the other hand Ca$h Winfall suffers a flaw that everyone feels wether they win or not, a whopping price of $2 for 1 line. On the positive side Megabucks is Massachusetts institution, and Ca$h Winfall offers the most astounding phenomena in lotteries today, the winfall.
