Maybe these high altitude gasoline prices will take care of the problem. Those random number generators are bound to suck a lot of fuel, once you get them cranked up. Not to mention the maintenance costs and the blushes when everyone's hanging around the TV waiting for the numbers and there's some guy pulling a starter rope and cursing in the back room.At least those ball machines don't require internal combustion engines.Jack

Sure, Why not?Especially if the states are paying out on the combo that was purchased the least for the day. At any given time, a routine written in the program could look to see what was purchased the least and draw accordingly. It could do this for 3 way, 6 way, even triples. The program itself could choose the least purchased 6 way number for a couple of days in a row and then a 3 way number once a week or so to maintain the appearance of randomness. That's a bit of a rigged question, because if any knowledge surfaced that the states were rigging their games, then there would be reform, etc., ( everything will be fixed and audited ), and the offshore casinos would continue to take bets on them.

If IL. goes to the computer picks I won't play much and i'll also look for other states that don't have it and try to play over the internet with them.There's to much of a chance and temptation to rig it up.Hey we have the ball drawing and there were still some quistions on some draws..It would be like the slots........fix them to hit when you want them to..........Let me ask everyone this:If for some reason a lot of people played the same pick 4 number don't you think that it be tempting by the... true tnplayer....i emailed them(tennessee lottery) too several months back telling them about the missouri situation and how bad it is to have RNG,did you get a reply? mine was.... definitely not

I don't really trust the quik pick option much less an RNG that picks the winning numbers. I've seen a MO draw and it looks fake. It looks like they pick which number they want to win. I know they don't but it just looks like it. I'm with you lottomike, I hope TN doesn't go over to that. I've already emailed them asking them not to look into it or they may see drops in overall sales.

I was just wanting to know if anyone knew all the states that are on RNG? I know TN,GA, and IL aren't on RNG they still use ball machines. (Which I would much rather have).
