Yeah she's the one that began Lotto GA then shut it down in favor of Lotto South which IMHO was a very bad idea and made lots of Georgians unhappy including me. Lotto South jackpots are not much higher than Lotto Georgia jackpots were, has a higher matrix and simply is not as enjoyable.Hey, let Mrs. Paul join Lotto South and let Georgia go back to Lotto Georgia!! That would be a winner

I'm for either one. But chances are TN will go with Lottosouth. I also think SC is looking to join this game as well. It says on their website they aren't going to have an instate lotto because they are too small. Lotto south would be perfect for the players who don't like the odds on powerball.

Although TN could support an in-state lotto game, so could VA, KY, and GA. They just chose to combine their games to form Lotto South. TN has the player capability to support an in-state pick 6 game with a multi-million dollar (annuitized with cash option) jackpot game, but considering the fact that a lot of TN players are going elsewhere to play Lotto South, Lotto South is better for the players of TN.

Ya'll have great ideas. I just wish TN lottery officals were reading this. They have to be thinking about a lotto game or lotto south. This just shows TN could have a pretty good Instate lotto game rather than lotto south. I really think this will make them think a little. Or atleast I hope it does. At this point I wouldn't mind what we get.(lotto south, hot lotto, or Lotto TN). I'm getting kind of sick of Powerball as of late. Not saying powerball isn't a good game it's just the game it... [ More ]

Quote: Originally posted by LOTTOMIKE on May 6, 2005you are good at figuring out games so what would be a good pick six matrix and what would the prizes be like if you ran it?I don't know. I would need to look at other states of similar population, as well as what Tennessee players seem to like. They seem more jackpot driven, so I would probably put a large percentage in the jackpot as opposed to lower prize levels. As for a matrix, I would go for somewhere in the 1 in 7m - 1 in 14m range.

I have been thinking of ideas for a Tennessee pick-6 mid-range jackpot game. Lotto South would not work as well because the influx of new players would cause way too many winners, like we saw with Powerball earlier this year. It would be in the best interest for Tennessee and current Lotto South players for TN to go in-state.
