I use to change numbers after each drawing - replacing numbers that came up with numbers I didn't play, due to financial limitations.Recently, I did some analysis and learned that I would have won a few bucks if I had struck with the same numbers. So, I constructed some combinations to provide as much balance as possible. I then used the multidraw option. Sadly, I haven't won a thing!I agree with rabbitfoot, it's all a matter of luck

the powerball and mega games are tough enough to hit let alone stand on a certain set of numbers in my opinion.in pick 3 and pick 4 games the game itself developes certain patterns or trends, but in the pick 6 and larger games the numbers are more apt to hit and run so to speak. there are occasions where certain numbers have a tendency to repeat, but the percentages of that happening is small. there are certain numbers that follow another numbers when they are drawn, but to stick with a certain

Tso-gali-IIf all of you would use the Bell-Curve you could see the numbers changing all the time. And yes, there are times certain numbers will hit' again and even again at times. two times in a row is not unusual. Three times very seldom. But the Bell-Curve lets you see where the numbers are going, so you can see within a certain frame of what numbers will hit' the next game. The Powerball works in the same manner.Chief

It really doesn't matter! However, I do switch from one to the other. I emailed MegaMillions and asked which way won the most. He/she replied that, Two thirds of the tickets sold were quick picks and two thirds of jackpot winners came from quick picks. To me, it looks like results are based strictly on LUCK.

I used to Pick, but now I stick. (adding the occasional pick) Makes it fund to root for a certain number set. However, the question should really be aimed at a certain game type, because I use different strategies for different games.
