And since Maryland seems to be out of the running for any kind of wins in the jackpot or 2nd tier wins, I think the multiple wins will come from New York and California or Georgia and California. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Just my opinion:Mega Millions States.Before California: Population 120m      Odds 135m:1 After California:    Population 155m      Odds 176m:1In both cases, the population is 88% of the odds.  I think we will see the same number of rollovers as before, and the same number of winners, just the jackpots will have a higher average.</p>]]></description>
