			<description><![CDATA[<p>The Big Lottery Fund, the largest of the National Lottery Good Cause Distributors has announced today that  12 million will go to a programme of long-term reconstruction initiatives to help tackle the Tsunami Earthquake disaster.Funding will be used for projects aimed at rebuilding communities devastated by the disaster and restoring shattered civil infrastructure.
