			<description><![CDATA[<p>It may have to do with language barriers. Puerto Rico&#x27;s official language is Spanish (which we let them do because America believes in the principle of freedom, well at least we used to). Anywho back OT, last time I checked the people at MUSL conduct business in English, something I don&#x27;t think many people living in PR know. So that makes things difficult. But I would imagine PR could use P-Ball. They have two 6/42 games (Loto   Revancha).
