He is trying to attract buyers, using the good reputation of someone like Dead_Aim to do it. Read the domain information I posted again, he got the registration free, he must have some kind of multiple site hosting deal allowing this method where most web masters would just add another page name after their domain like we see on the address line above for lotterypost.com/threads etc.If he made the web page you describe, no wonder he woke up and took it down before someone complained to his service. Bob,We knew what website he purchased/got free, whichever. Underscore would make him lose lots of traffic and deadaim was taken. Gee, I wonder why he chose the other?Adolf stripped the website down to a lottery links page after this all came out. Lottery Post is a free site, there is no charge to read all the forum posts. The information in the posts is being provided free to the other readers. Like writing a message in chalk on the sidewalk, yes it's your message your copyright, but you are giving it away free to all who see it. That's the whole point, Todd. Apparently, he did not copy anyone's system/workout directly from Lottery Post. I have not looked through all of them, so I don't know for sure. MollyG (and others),If adolf lifts any content, graphs, or pictures and puts them on his web site without any credit as to the source, then yes, he is violating copyright law, because he makes money off of his web site. (I.e., makes money off of MY owned property.) Let me know if you find something like that, and I will get my legal staff to send him a nasty-gram.

Lottery Post copyrighted material is clear, anything published on this site is Lottery Post property.Systems by individuals IMHO would seem to fall under intellectual property category somehow which might be veiwed as a sub-category under copyright. Ask all you legal minds to jump in on this one.

I guess that depends on two things: how you define Key Numbers (I've seen different people with different defintions -- just like people sometimes swear by Hot numbers , but they all define what is hot differently) and also -- and more importantly -- how many combinations your key numbers generate. The URL is in a member's name, from an LP member and in the same format as that user posts his/her name caps and shifts. I don't know much about this guy Adolf. but what he's done is being done all over the Internet people who are trying to make a living with their websites are buying all types of url's to redirect traffic to their site. They use the same keywords that other sites use like weird ebay and ebay weird . The people who design and set websites up for a living are the culprits that started this. They count on people misspelling a words in their search engine and when they click on it are redirected away... [ More ]
