So, we've had Glenn Burns (usually), Carol Blackmon (when Glenn is off), Yolanda Vega (once), and Carrie Underwood?! Why not have Staci Anderson come down from Sacremento, or Pat Finn. What's next, will Clay Aiken be the new host for Powerball

Hopefully no one hits tonight. We then get to witness the legal skirmish with the California legislator kick in to a point where there's an injunction to selling tickets in California say just about when the jackpot reaches $100 million. I'd be curious to see with the increased odds and smaller amount of players where the jackpot would get to before the legal mess was settled. Or, then again the 9th circuit solves this and lets Mega sell sometickets in California after all....

California is really trying to capitalize on this game. They are holding the first drawing in hollywood tonight. And Carrie Underwood this year's American Idol is calling the numbers. If you go to the California website they have had special events all week annoucing the launching of the game. Its going to be interesting to see what happens tonight. Brad
